Limang Pilipino ang napabilang sa “30 Under 30 Asia” list ng Forbes ngayong 2017 at kinilala bilang “brightest young entrepreneurs, innovators at game changers” sa buong Asya.

Pasok sa listahan ang COO ng Growthsolutions Inc. na si Maricor Bunal, 29, founder ng SkyEye Analytics na si Matthew Cua, 28, founder ng OrangeApps na si Gian Scottie Javelona, 24, founder ng Carl Ocab Internet Marketing Services na si Carl Ocab, 23, at co-founder ng Machine Ventures at pinakabata sa kanilang lahat na si Shahab Shabibi, 21.

Ang Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list ay nagtatampok sa 300 natatanging young entrepreneurs mula sa 10 larang sa buong Asya. Ito ay mula sa mga larang ng consumer technology, enterprise technology, entertainment at sports, sining, finance at venture capital, industriya, manufacturing at energy, healthcare at science, social media, marketing at advertising, at retail and e-commerce.

“This year’s Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list highlights the diversity of talent in this vast region, with 300 impressive young entrepreneurs from all walks of life pushing the boundaries of innovation,” sabi ni Forbes Media Asia Senior Digital Editor Rana Wehbe.
“It’s fascinating to see how these millennials are using technology to disrupt their industries, empower their communities and overcome cultural barriers. Notably, this year’s list showcases a number of women in Asia who are advocates for social change and are defying stereotypes and prejudice to set a positive example for what women in this part of the world can achieve,” dagdag ni Wehbe.
