On her Instagram account, the TV host-actress congratulated Robredo and said she gave everything for the second woman to be elected as the country’s vice president.

Her post read: “A friend told me- Kris, wag mo naman itaya ang lahat, paano kung matalo si Leni? I smiled in reply & said marami kaming kakampi sa langit. (Kris, don’t put everything on the line, What if Leni loses?) Happy Birthday Sec Jesse! @lenirobredo said in her speeches, Sec Jesse was my friend, we only met later. I asked her for a pic for IG posting during PNoy’s birthday. I called my cousin @bamaquino& volunteered to shoot an endorsement for Leni. We shot March 15 at their home.

How heartwarming to have gotten to know Aika, Tricia & Jillian. Apart from my MOM, @lenirobredo is my IDOL when it comes to being the BEST MOM.

In her I saw calm intelligence with sincere humility, a sense of humor, & a life’s purpose of true public service.#LifeGoals
May 3 was my last sorties w/ her in QC- thank you VM Joy Belmonte for producing them in 12 hrs. She was #1that day in surveys & I asked- did she feel like a winner? She said the surveys were the sign she prayed for. Thank you to 14,418,817 Filipinos who voted LENI! Yes, for me this fight was personal- IT WAS FOR MY MOM’s MEMORY. Kaya binigay ko ang lahat for VP Leni- ganun ako pinalaki, nakikipaglaban ng buo ang puso!
(That’s why I gave everything for VP Leni – that’s how I’ve been raised, to fight wholeheartedly!) Thank You God for answered prayers! CONGRATULATIONS to my VP, my inspiration!”
