You know you have gone big time when you get an exclusive invite from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg himself to spend a day in Facebook’s headquarters.

Viral video star Candace Payne, known as ‘Chewbacca mom’, was not expecting to hit internet gold when she took a video of herself in a Kohl’s department store parking lot after purchasing a Chewbacca mask for herself.

Her infectious laughter took Facebook by storm with almost 150M views since its May 20 posting; making it the most watched Facebook Live video in social media history.

On Tuesday, May 24, Payne stopped by Facebook’s HQ in Menlo Park, California — and got a huge surprise!

“We invited Candace Payne— whose Chewbacca mask video got 141 million views and is now the most-watched Facebook Live video ever — to come by Facebook HQ today. And we had a fun surprise for her!” Zuckerberg posted on his page, along with three fun-filled pictures of the viral star and the iconic Star Wars character Chewbacca, as per an article published by US Magazine.

Payne posted another video on her page with the Facebook Live team.

“You rarely get to see that there’s actual people here that do an incredible job,” Payne said. “I am so grateful for what’s happening, both from you that are watching, and this group right here.”

She received a plaque from Facebook that read: Facebook star, Candace Payne, as per an article published by Geek Wire.
