  • The actor, visibly irked, lost his temper and called his hecklers jerks
  • One of the show attendees said someone in the audience flashed the dirty finger at the actor and told him to shut up while he was performing

Actor-singer Daniel Padilla, known to his legions of fans as DJ, lost his temper during a show at the Ilagan Sports Complex in Ilagan, Isabela on Monday, May 30.

A video of the incident, originally uploaded by Kenneth Talosig Ringor IV on his Facebook account, is currently circulating online that showed the actor visibly annoyed at some members of the audience and distracted while singing the song “Hinahanap-hanap Kita.”

The 21-year-old Padilla was seen pointing at an  area in the audience and then called the attention of security personnel.

Moments later, the actor stopped singing mid-song and suddenly said, “O, nasan na kayo?” [Oh, where are you now]. Muttering under his breath, Padilla was heard  saying “Mga g**o pala kayo” [jerks].

The actor, however, immediately apologized to the audience for his outburst. “Pasensya na,” [sorry] he said.

It was not evident in the video why the actor lost his temper, but according to Coconuts Manila, who cited a tabloid report, someone in the audience, apparently not a fan of the Kapamilya actor, flashed the dirty finger at him and shouted “shut up ka na lang” [just shut up].

“Binastos si Daniel Padilla nang mag-show ito sa Ilagan Sports Complex sa Isabela. May lalaking nag-F sign sa kanya at meron din daw sumigaw ng f*** you habang siya ay nagpe-perform,” wrote Ervin Santiago of Bandera.

After the incident, Daniel’s mother, actress Karla Estrada posted this on Instagram: “There’s a time to be a nice person and there’s a time to say enough is enough.”
