Vic del Rosario speaks up on Sarah Geronimo’s rumored pregnancy

  • Vic del Rosario Jr. said Sarah Geronimo is not pregnant
  • He said that it’s impossible because the singer-actress is still a virgin
  • He confirmed that Geronimo will be taking a 2-month vacation
  • He said she deserved it because she’s been continuously working for years

Viva Entertainment Inc. big boss Vicente “Vic” del Rosario Jr. reacted to the rumors that ‘Popstar Princess’ Sarah Geronimo is currently expecting a child with her boyfriend, “Dolce Amore” actor Matteo Guidicelli.

Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) quoted Boss Vic as saying during the grand launch of Miss Manila 2016 on Wednesday, June 15: “Paano mabubuntis, e, virgin pa yun?:

[How can she be pregnant when she’s still a virgin?”]

However, he confirmed that the 27-year-old singer-actress will be taking a 2-month break.

He said that Geronimo deserved to take a vacation because she’s been continuously working for the past 10 years.

Geronimo said in an interview that she will be taking a vacation from July to August; adding that she might also go out of the country to rest.

She also admitted that she has health concerns that must be addressed, which is the reason why she pulled out of the lineup for the MTV Music Evolution Manila 2016, organized by MTV Asia in collaboration with the Philippines Tourism Promotion Board which is set to happen on June 24 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

Although she did not go into details, Geronimo said in an interview with ABS-CBN News on June 9, that she is now doing fine, but she still needs to improve her health.

She said: “Okay naman [ako ngayon]. Hindi naman po siya malalang sakit. Hindi na lang po ako magbibigay ng details pero inaayos naman po. Kailangan lang i-improve ‘yung health. Kailangan lang bigyan ng atensyon kung bakit nahihirapan sa ganito, or sa ganyan.”

[I’m doing fine now. It’s not really a serious illness. I won’t go into details but we’re working on it. I just need to improve my health. It needs attention as to why I’m having difficulty with this and that.]
