Amid talks of purported suspension concerning Paolo Ballesteros as per the noontime show Eat Bulaga (EB), the King of make-up transformation still showed full support to the now-showing AlDub movie “Imagine You & Me” which stars the phenomenal ‘kalyeserye’ loveteam Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards.

Ballesteros, who played Lola Tidora – the singing grandma and sister of Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola) and Lola Tinidora (Jose Manalo), has been rumored to be under suspension from the noontime show after he purportedly ranted against an EB writer during the Ad Summit Pilipinas 2015 event. The hosts, as well as the EB executives, have remained silent on the issue.

However, whether there’s truth to the talks or not, the actor-host-comedian have, apparently, remained to be a supporter of the Dabarkads.

On Instagram, Paolo posted a video of moviegoers who were queuing to watch “Imagine You & Me”; AlDub’s first starring movie together.

With the video is this caption: “REGIINEE!! WOOOOH!! hahaha saw this on twitter ? Nood na mga dabarkads! IMAGINE YOU AND ME at sabaysabay mapa-Regiiineee!! Wooooh!” —  his famous line on the Kalyeserye as Tidora.

Paolo’s last appearance on EB was on March 11.

He was last seen on the big screen in the movie “Lumayo Ka Nga Sa Akin” which was shown on cinemas on January 13. The film is a movie adaptation of Bob Ong’s satirical poetry with the same title.

This July, reports has it that Paolo is shooting for his latest movie project “Bakit Lahat ng Guwapo May Boyfriend?” together with Kapamilya actress-host Anne Curtis and GMA’s Drama King Dennis Trillo.

Fans have missed the EB host and has been waiting for his return. In fact, the hashtag #ALDUBMayMagbabalik on June 22 grabbed the attention of the netizens, expecting for his return, but the hashtag, it turns out, did not refer to him.

Anyway, let’s watch Paolo’s proof of support for “Imagine You & Me”:
