To be able to understand her daughter better, television host and producer Tintin Bersola-Babao recalls every once in a while her struggles as an 11-year-old girl.
In an article written by FM Ganal of PEP, it was disclosed that the eldest child of Tintin and her husband — broadcast journalist Julius Babao — had just turned 11 years old. Tintin admitted that it is never an easy task to be a mother of a tween for the first time but she believes that motherhood is a learning process.
“Sobrang challenging kasi I’ve never been a parent prior to my Antonia. First time pa rin ako na parent, hindi ba?” she said.

She said she started to think about how she was at Anya’s age, and it helps her understand the latter.
“Then, I remember how I was when I was 11. May mga issues na ‘Where will my life take me?’ ‘What is my purpose in life?’ Gano’n na. Deep, e. Deep thinker. Dinaanan niya iyong dinaanan ko,” Tintin shared.

The celebrity mother added that her eldest child is very artistic and is an aspiring musician. She can also say that her daughter could also become a lawyer.
