ABANGAN! All-original comedy game show “Celebrity Bluff” will be back, Edu Manzano to join Uge

Request granted! The all-original Kapuso comedy game show Celebrity Bluff will return on GMA Network this first quarter of 2017!

Eugene Domingo will reprise her role as the host of the top-rater game show, and as disclosed by Ervin Santiago via a  Bandera article on Tuesday — there’s going to be more riot in the program as the award-winning TV host-actor Edu Manzano will be joining Uge as the Master Bluffer!

The show’s first season debuted on Philippine TV in 2012 and successfully finished 12 seasons until the network decided to replace it with Lip Sync Battle Philippines in 2016.

The first seasons were hosted by Domingo, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Boobay, and other celebrity guests.

The game covers three rounds of competition: fact or bluff, word war, and top 10. The winners can bring home P500,000.00 as the grand prize.

A major boost in ratings took place on the show after fans teased Manalo and Domingo as a loveteam; dubbing them as “JoGe”.

Will the loveteam JoGe and the other hosts Boobay, Wally Bayola and Brod Pete have a major comeback on the show? It is up to the management.

After the announcement of the 13th season, online fans expressed their excitement.

On a Solid Kapuso Latest Updates post, it was shared that the show will be aired on weekday afternoons; however, the time slot wasn’t mentioned as yet and  somehow raised concerns.

Some said they prefer its airing to be after Eat Bulaga! or back-to-back with Wowowin.

Others were worried whether the popular game show hosted by Willie Revillame will be shelved to give way to the return of Celebrity Bluff’.

Meanwhile, someone who claimed to have spoken with a staff of Celebrity Bluff shared that the slot is targeted at 2:30pm and will start airing in February.
