Look! Isabelle Daza imitates Iconic Miss Universe photo of Mom Gloria Diaz, reenacts her crowning moment

Isabelle Daza’s Instagram posts are a sure hit at the moment, and it’s because she impersonated her 1969 Miss Universe mother, Gloria Diaz.

She may not have chosen to follow her mom’s footsteps towards being a beauty queen, but she felt it was a grand way to surprise friends, fans, and followers at Tim Yap’s birthday celebration on Thursday by dressing as the iconic  Miss Universe.

As disclosed by Mary Louis Ligunas of GMA News, Daza’s act blew everyone away, including the original beauty queen Gloria who was also present in the event.

Well, Daza shared a photo for her followers to see; caption goes: “When your mom is iconic enough to be a costume. Thanks for the crown. And thanks to my awesome team”.

The photo has gained more than 56,000 likes as of posting.

She also reenacted her mother’s winning moment and uploaded a clip on the same account; captioning it with: “Re-enacting my mom’s reaction in 1969! ? I can’t believe how bongga @officialtimyap’s prizes are?!? I won a ticket to Europe!”

She also shared  another photo; posing with other celebrity guests who were also in costumes, namely Lovi Poe, Chris Johnson, Rajo Laurel, Adrien Semblat, and Cristalle Belo.
