- Another Filipina cohort of Australian pedophile Peter Scully has been arrested
- She was identified as Ma. Dorothea Chia Chi
- She is Scully’s second female cohort to fall following the arrest of Liezyl Margallo in January
MANILA, Philippines – A second Filipina suspected of conspiring with Australian pedophile Peter Scully has been arrested in Cagayan De Oro City on Thursday, February 16.
The suspect, identified by ABS-CBN News as Ma. Dorothea Chia Chi, was nabbed by authorities in Barangay 18 in Cagayan De Oro. She is accused of assisting Scully in recruiting children whom they later used in cybersex activities.
Last month, Scully’s Filipina girlfriend, Liezyl Margallo, was arrested by authorities in Malapascua, Daanbantayan in Cebu.
Margallo, 23, and Scully, 55, were allegedly behind the brutal pornographic video “Destruction of Daisy” where an 18-month-old baby is seen hung upside down, naked and being tortured by a masked woman.
The masked woman in the video has been identified as Margallo. The controversial clip has earned the reputation as the ‘most brutal’ in the world.
Scully himself was arrested in February last year and has pleaded not guilty to nearly 75 counts of charges against him.
The notorious couple allegedly sold and spread the stomach-churning ‘Daisy’ video to different parts of the world; earning hundreds of thousands of US dollars.
Meanwhile, Chi is currently detained at the Cagayan De Oro city jail where she is facing 4 counts of qualified trafficking charges.
