When she and her husband — actor Richard Gomez — planned the renovation of their house at Forbes Park, actress Lucy Torres had an important request — and that is to make their home have a “lived-in feeling.”

In an article written by Anj Sampayan of PEP, it was disclosed that the actress-turned-politician said she wanted a house with a “lived-in feeling” inside their house to make sure their visitors would be comfortable inside it.

“Like, when somebody enters the house, I don’t want that person to feel intimidated, as if he has to tiptoe. I want people to be able to sit anywhere they want,” she stated.

The house is also a reflection of how Torres and Gomez are as a couple.

“Most of the items that are found around the house have a story,” Torres said.

She also disclosed that most of the things inside their abode were given as gifts by their loved ones or they were purchased when they were still single.
