Ogie Diaz scores Mocha Uson over threat to resign: Vocal on social media, silent in board meetings

  • He said she does not vocalize her objectives during board meetings yet vents on social media
  • He advised her to actually work first instead of just complaining in her blog

MANILA, Philippines – Comedian and celebrity reporter Ogie Diaz scored blogger and staunch Duterte supporter Mocha Uson after the latter threatened to resign from the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board.

In a lengthy Facebook post, Diaz blasted Uson for venting on social media before she even attended a board meeting.

[Your board meeting was on Monday, yet you already vented to the public. You should have finished the meeting and then vent to the public only if nothing happened during your meeting with the MTRCB board.]

Diaz also claimed that Uson did not even vocalize her concerns during board meetings.

[I also found out that you don’t attend board meetings to explain the classification and review and the SPG you keep talking about to the newly-appointed board members, and when you’re there, you’re not vocal with your concerns, so why would you unfold your demands with the public, but not with the board?]

Saying he Is all for change, Diaz advised Uson to actually work first before she uses social media to complain.

Ganun dapat,” he said.

[Translate your complaints to actions if you really want real change. That’s how it should be.]
