Bonus pa more! Mga empleyado ng gobyerno makatatanggap ng P5000 incentive sa Disyembre 15

Makatatanggap  ng P5,000 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) sa December 15 ang lahat ng empleyado ng gobyerno; ito ay ayon sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

“For the national government agencies, an estimated amount of P7.5 billion has been set aside in the 2017 Budget to finance the PEI grant of around 1.5 million workers across the national government,” ayon sa DBM.

“The PEI of P5,000 shall be given to government employees not earlier than December 15, 2017, provided that they are still in the service as of November 30, 2017 and that they have rendered at least a total of four months of at least satisfactory service as of November 30, 2017,” dagdag pa ng DBM.

Ayon sa ulat ng GMA, ang kautusan ay inisyu bilang Budget Circular No. 2017-4 na inilabas ng DBM nitong Lunes.

Saklaw ng sirkular ang mga sumusunod:

Lahat ng posisyon ng civilian personnel,  regular, casual, o contractual man, appointive o elective, full-time o part-time, existing o created sa Executive, Legislative, at Judicial Branches, ang  Constitutional Commissions at iba pang  Constitutional offices, State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), at GOCCs ay hindi saklaw ng  Republic Act 10149.

Mga opisyal at empleyado ng lokal na pamahalaan:

Military personnel ng Armed Forces of the Philippines at  Department of National Defense, at uniformed personnel ng Philippine National Police, Philippine Public Safety College, Bureau of Fire Protection, at Bureau Jail Management and Penology sa ilalim ng Department of Interior and Local Government, Philippine Coast Guard sa ilalim ng Department of Transportation, at ng National Mapping and Resource Information Authority sa ilalim ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

“As mandated by EO 201, the PEI is meant to improve the productivity of government workers,” anang DBM.

“The PEI is granted to government workers, alongside the upward adjustment of the salary schedule in the bureaucracy, and new benefits such as mid-year bonus equivalent to one-month basic salary,” dagdag pa nito.
