Nadine Lustre’s fans are more than excited to watch the star’s reported upcoming movie this year, “The Nurse”. But the film Director, Jun Lana, revealed a piece of sad news on Twitter on Monday, March 26, as disclosed by PEP.

In Direk Jun’s comment on a netizen’s post, it seems like Nadine has been pulled out of the movie.

He wrote: “#SorryNotHappening #MovingOn.”

Another netizen followed up and wrote a comment asking Direk Jun to clarify further the news. Direk Jun, then, replied to the netizen; saying that the reason for pulling out Nadine is “scheduling conflict”.

“Scheduling conflict. Been waiting too long and it’s taken too much of my time. Going to Japan 2x to prep is no joke. Time to move and let go and recast. Thanks for the interest, guys,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, Direk Jun even more clarified the situation by posting: “My film. My rules”.

Nadine was supposed to star in the horror film “The Nurse” that also features Lorna Tolentino. The film is produced by IdeaFirst Company and is set to be filmed in Japan.

Direk Jun Lana is the filmmaker behind critically acclaimed films that have been recognized abroad including “Die Beautiful” starred by Paolo Ballesteros. His latest film is the Judy Ann Santos-Angelica Panganiban starrer “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes”.
