  • Enrique Gil owns a 5-storey beach house in Anilao, Batangas
  • He said that it’s a dream come true for him and his family
  • They enjoy the beach so much and Quen loves marine life

Enrique Gil is proud that his 5-storey beach house Batangas is a fruit of his labor.

The Bagani star revealed that it took so much time to build the house. He told Push, “It took one year and a half to build kasi lahat ng materyales binabangka pa papunta dun sa isla. So medyo matagal siya binuo. Five floors, ten rooms.”

[It took one year and a half to build because the materials had to be transported via boat to the island. So it took a long while to be completed.]

Quen added that the beach house was a “dream come true” for the family. He said, “First of all it’s my dream and my mom’s dream to have a resort. Sa weekends diretso na akong Anilao so we’d like scuba dive and enjoy the sea. So I think Anilao is the best place for us to get so I really built that for my mom.”

The My Ex and Why’s star also previously shared with Metro how much they enjoy the beach. He said, “I love the beach and the marine life. I grew up in Cebu kasi. Every time we’d be there, usually Holy Week, I would always spend my birthday at the beach, at laging may lechon. It’s always a good feeling whenever I’m at the beach. It’s an adventure. It’s like venturing out into the unknown.”

The huge place was also the venue for the Jamai-Quen party that Liza Soberano organized for Quen’s 26th birthday.
