Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan have split up after nine years of marriage.

Channing posted a joint statement on social media Tuesday morning (Manila time).

“We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple…absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now,” he explained.

The couple said they won’t be commenting beyond the announcement and will still be dedicated parents to their daughter Everly who will turn 5 in May.

“We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly. We won’t be commenting beyond this, and we thank you all in advance for respecting our family’s privacy.  Sending lots of love to everyone, Chan&Jenna,” the statement said.

According to People, Channing and Jenna first met in 2006 in the movie Step Up.

The two got married in 2009.
