The Department of Tourism (DOT) has announced the bidding out for a P1.294-million contract for the procurement of reversible jackets that will be given to their employees who will be celebrating birthdays.
The department has invited prospective firms to bid for the contract totaling P1,294,500.00, in an invitation released on the DOT website.
“The DOT now invites bids for the Procurement of Reversible Jackets for the DOT Birthday Celebrators,” the invitation said.
Bidding was restricted to Filipino citizens and prospective bidders are required to complete the contract requirements.
The complete set of bidding documents was made available under a fee of P5,000.
Under the terms indicated in the invitation, the bidding was scheduled to have happened at the DOT building on April 24.
