The family of the late Lloyd Cafe Cadena decided to continue the vlogger’s annual gift giving initiative.
To commemorate Lloyd’s life and generosity, his family will continue his annual 12 Days of Christmas. On Lloyd’s Facebook page, the family explained their hope that despite their loss, Lloyd will continue to inspire others to give back.
They also thanked those who helped them with the project, especially the Lord and the supporters of Lloyd.
In the first of the 12 Days of Christmas, the family gave away food and school supplies to the children at the Sampaloc Compound.
“Itong program na to, si Lloyd talaga ang nag-umpisa and gusto namin na ipagpatuloy, kaya naman sa gitna ng pandemic at meron kaming naranasan na hindi maganda, dapat continuous pa rin ‘yung pagbibigay namin,” Lloyd’s sister Suzette said.
In the second episode, the family surprised a mother named Nanay Lore with a negosyo package. The elderly mother who was the recipient of the gifts thanked the family and even Lloyd. She said, “Salamat rin kay Lloyd kahit wala na siya, nakatulong pa rin siya sa akin.”
